Lots of red fruits; macerated strawberry, ripe raspberry and rhubarb. Florals of rose petal and red frogs. Palate is slurpy, both crunchy and soft. Mouth filling and moreish.
Winemaking
Grapes are handpicked at red wine ripeness and varying amounts of maceration. Driect press petit verdot to reduce natural tennancy of colour, grenache some spends 3 days as destemmed, some 2 weeks as whole bunches, a sprinke of syrah. All wild yeast, mainly old oak, portion in tank. Always made with the intention of being chillable- picked riper, plusher. Antithesis of provence rose.
